Tom Suess is a seasoned professional in the mining and distribution sector, currently serving as the VP & GM Mining Distribution for Komatsu North America since April 2025. With a career spanning over two decades at Komatsu, Suess has held various leadership positions, including GM US Mining Distribution and Business Director for the Central Region, focusing on sales, parts, and service management across multiple dealers. Prior experience includes directing national account operations and training initiatives at Komatsu America Corp. Suess holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Illinois State University.
