Katie Kestly

Katie Kestly, PRC, currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Komatsu since July 2024. Prior to this role, Katie was the Recruiting Business Partner Lead at MRA - The Management Association from July 2018 to July 2024, where assistance was provided to member organizations in talent acquisition and recruitment process improvement. Additional experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Montage | Video Interviewing and TEKsystems, as well as a Technical Recruiter. Katie began a career in sales as a Sales Associate Intern at University Directories. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS Training.
