Rachel Dressler

Rachel Dressler has an extensive background in engineering and quality management, with experience working in various roles at Caterpillar Inc. Rachel has also served as a Thermal Processing Manager at Komatsu and an Engineering Manager at Woodward, Inc. Rachel has demonstrated expertise in implementing process improvements, leading teams in Six Sigma projects, and streamlining operations within materials labs. Additionally, Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
