Borgar Olsen Tormodsgard

Borgar Olsen Tormodsgard currently serves as an Ambassadesekretær at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs since September 2013, focusing on budgetary activities and reform related to issues of sexual harassment, exploitation, and abuse. Previously, Tormodsgard held roles as a First Secretary and Foreign Service Trainee within the Ministry, as well as a Trainee at the European Free Trade Association. Additional experience includes working as a Project Officer at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Singapore, where responsibilities involved providing consular services and promoting Norwegian interests in Southeast Asia. Early career positions included Sales Representative at SpareBank1 Hallingdal, and Production Assistant at TV 2. Tormodsgard holds a Master's Degree in International Business from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Bergen.
