Martin Nygaard

Martin Nygaard currently serves as the First Secretary at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Yangon since September 2022, following a role as an Aspirant and Foreign Service Trainee. Prior to their embassy position, Martin worked at Wikborg Rein as an Advokatfullmektig, focusing on competition law and procurement. Academic contributions include serving as a Universitetslektor in International Studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences and correcting assignments for first-year students at the University of Oslo. Martin has held various internships at organizations such as Yara International and Innovasjon Norge, and completed their master's thesis while a scholarship holder at Wikborg Rein.
