Rolf Olsen

Rolf Olsen is the CEO and founder of Leidar, a strategic communications firm established in June 2009, where the focus is on helping individuals and organizations navigate and communicate effectively. In addition to this role, Rolf Olsen serves as the Honorary Consul General of Norway in Geneva since May 2017, overseeing the consular services in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud. Prior to these positions, Rolf Olsen held leadership roles at Weber Shandwick as CEO for Continental Europe/MENA from July 2001 to June 2009, and at Motorola as Vice President for various marketing and communications functions from September 1997 to July 2001. Rolf Olsen also gained extensive experience in communications and public relations during tenures at Digital Equipment Corporation, Nationen, Norges Handikapforbund, and within the Norwegian Armed Forces, as well as starting out in communications at Stortinget. Educational backgrounds include studies at IFM /Øvrebyen Videregående Skole and the Geneva Graduate Institute.
