Sean Lobo

Sean Lobo is an experienced diplomat currently serving as the First Secretary and Jack of all Trades at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Copenhagen since September 2013. Lobo has held various significant roles, including Syria Coordinator for the Section for Humanitarian Affairs, First Secretary for Human Rights at the Permanent Mission of Norway to the UN in Geneva, and Deputy Head of Mission at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Tehran. Previous positions include Informasjonsrådgiver at the Norwegian Atlantic Committee and Research Assistant at the Institute for Defence Studies. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Oslo and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Bergen. Lobo's extensive background encompasses areas such as peace and reconciliation, foreign service training, and international relations.
