Valentin Musangwa

Valentin Musangwa is an experienced diplomat currently serving as Deputy Head of Mission at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Singapore since September 2019, with previous roles including Second Secretary at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Jakarta and a Foreign Service Candidate. Prior experience includes a Policy Analyst Trainee position at OECD-OCDE, focusing on multilateral organization performance, and a trainee role at EFTA involved in free trade negotiations. Additional roles encompass working with the Permanent Delegation of Norway to OECD & UNESCO, contributing to global educational progress, and various internships across international organizations, including the United Nations Population Fund. Valentin holds a Master in International Economic Policy from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Oslo.
