Vic Morgan is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the ecommerce and digital marketing sectors. As the CEO and Founder of Venture Stream since May 2012, Vic has led a multi-award-winning agency that collaborates with a variety of global brands and organizations to drive significant growth through comprehensive digital marketing strategies. In parallel, Vic serves as CEO of Flow, providing online retailers with access to vetted ecommerce consultants. Leadership roles also include Non Executive Chairman at Komodo Design and Strategic Advisor at Sugarcoat, a headless e-commerce software startup. Prior to these ventures, Vic co-founded Ethicalsuperstore.com and served in management positions at Spark Etail Ltd and Mitchell Madison Group, among others. Vic holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business and Computer Science from Northeastern University.
