Birchie Seiffert

Birchie Seiffert currently serves as Group Vice President and Head of Customer Retention at Komodo Health since January 2025. Previously, Birchie was Executive Director of Customer Success and Implementation at Paradigm from June 2022 to January 2025, as well as Vice President of Customer Success at Vineti from April 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities included portfolio growth, ROI, and customer advocacy. Earlier roles included Senior Director of Customer Success at UnitedHealth Group, overseeing a $15M client pool, and significant positions at The Advisory Board Company, focusing on large contract renewals. Birchie's experience began in the public health sector with research roles at Johns Hopkins and various organizations, culminating in a Master of Science in Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2012 and a BA in African Studies from the University of Michigan in 2006.
