Joe McHale

Joe McHale has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joe began their career as an Active Player in the National Football League from 1986 to 1988. After leaving the NFL, they held various roles at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, including Managing Director, Regional Sales Director, and Director of Brand Marketing. In these positions, they achieved impressive sales and revenue growth for the company's primary care and specialty portfolios. McHale also served as Senior Vice President of Sales/Strategic Team Lead at MediMedia Health, where they drove revenue growth and developed multi-channel marketing solutions for healthcare clients. Joe later joined Novo Nordisk as the Director of Diabetes Marketing, leading strategic plans for insulin products. McHale's experience also includes executive roles at inVentiv Health and POCN, where they focused on business development and sales strategies. Currently, they hold leadership positions at Komodo Health, serving as the Vice President of Key Accounts and Vice President of Customer Strategy. Additionally, McHale is a Member of the Board of Directors for JDRF New Jersey Metro & Rockland County Chapter and a Member of the Board of Advisors for Global Foods Group Inc., specializing in commercial strategy and healthcare partnerships.
