Richard Greenburg

Richard Greenburg has over 27 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on customer engagement and analytics. Richard currently holds the role of Senior Director/Principal Lead at Komodo Health, where they lead teams in designing and configuring the product suite for customer engagement use cases. Prior to this, Richard worked at Deloitte as a Data Science/Applied AI Lead, specializing in customer engagement analytics in the healthcare and life sciences verticals. Richard also founded their own company, data | Rx | Science, and served as President & Founder. Richard has held various leadership roles at WebMD, CORE Access Group, inVentivHealth, Pfizer, KPMG, and NERA, where they gained extensive experience in marketing science, commercial analytics, and strategic consulting. Richard is skilled in leveraging data-driven insights to drive strategy and implementation.

Richard Greenburg attended the University of Michigan from 1983 to 1988, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Semiconductor Physics & Materials Science Engineering. Richard then pursued further education at the University of Rochester's Simon Business School from 1989 to 1991, completing their Master of Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management & Finance. Lastly, from 1991 to 1993, Richard studied at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, working towards their PhD (ABD) in Operations Management/Research.
