Ricardo Lupo

Ricardo Lupo is an experienced sales engineering professional currently serving as the Global Head of Sales Engineering at Komodor since June 2025. As a Founding Member of the PreSales Collective - New York Chapter since March 2021, Ricardo facilitates connections among PreSales professionals. Prior to this role, Ricardo held key positions including Director of Solutions Engineering at Grafana Labs from April 2022 to May 2025, and Head of Solutions Engineering at LogDNA from June 2020 to April 2022, where Ricardo contributed to the development of modern logging platforms. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Solutions Architect at Sysdig from July 2019 to June 2020, focusing on consultative selling and new business acquisitions. Ricardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Pace University, earned in May 1998, and a High School Diploma from Xavier High School, received in May 1994.
