Rémi Alex has a diverse work experience across various industries. In 2012, they completed a traineeship as a Pâtissier at Mirazur, a renowned restaurant that later became the best restaurant in the world. In 2013, they worked as a Chef Pâtissier at La Table de Marie-Ange. From 2014 to 2015, Rémi worked as both an Accounting Apprentice and a Waiter Apprentice at Hôtel Cloître Saint Louis. Rémi then joined Apple in 2015 as a Senior AppleCare Advisor, where they provided customer support for both French and English languages.
