Sylvain Pourroy

Sylvain Pourroy is currently serving as Product Quality Manager at KOMPAN Global since November 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at FJ Industries A/S from July 2006 to October 2022, where Sylvain held various roles including Technical Manager and Projects Manager, overseeing a technical department of seven and managing projects for Danish and Swedish production units, as well as handling annual budgets and business cases focused on cost reduction and efficiency. Sylvain also worked as Area Sales & Project Manager, leading demanding projects primarily for the automotive industry, and as Area Sales Manager, responsible for sales of sintered products to the French-speaking European market. Previous experience includes roles as System Designer at Novotek Planning Systems A/S, where software for production was developed, and as System Developer during an internship at Odense Steel Shipyard Ltd. Sylvain holds a Master’s degree in Production Automation Systems from Institut français de Mécanique avancée, completed in 2000.
