Jami Hollingshead

Jami Hollingshead has extensive work experience in quality management and logistics operations. Most recently, they served as the Manager of Product Quality & Compliance at SAXX, where they oversaw product quality, performance testing, regulatory compliance, and corporate social responsibility. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Quality Operations at Redbubble, where they implemented quality programs and collaborated with third-party fulfillers to improve quality assurance initiatives. Jami also spent a significant portion of their career at adidas, holding various roles such as Senior Manager of Finished Goods Quality & Claims Management, Manager of Reebok Footwear Quality Claims and Defective Return Analysis, and Inbound Compliance Specialist in Logistics & Supply Chain. In these roles, they focused on driving quality improvements, mitigating manufacturing defects, and implementing efficient logistics processes. Before adidas, Jami worked as a Logistics Operations Specialist at Outsource Freight/Global Freight Forwarders, where they managed import and domestic shipments and negotiated transit rates.

Jami Hollingshead has a diverse education history. In 1997, they attended Elmira College but did not complete a degree. Jami then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from UMass Boston, graduating in 2001. In 2005, Jami attended Quincy College and obtained an Associate of Science degree in Legal Studies.

Jami further pursued their education and earned a Master's Degree in Organizational Management with a specialization in Supply Chain from Ashford University. Jami attended Ashford University from 2013 to 2015.

In 2021, Jami enrolled in Harvard Extension School and is currently in progress towards obtaining a course certificate in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies.

In addition to their formal education, Jami has obtained several certifications. Jami has received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from adidas in 2014 and a CF-L2 Trainer certification from CrossFit, Inc. in 2017. Jami has also completed various online training courses, including "Unconscious Bias" and "Fighting Gender Bias At Work" from LinkedIn Online Training Courses in 2020, and "One-Minute Habits for Success" from LinkedIn in 2022.
