Ciprian Tepes

Ciprian Tepes is a Junior Partner at Kompani Group. Ciprian has over seven years of experience as a web developer and designer.

Ciprian started their career in 2007 as a web designer for Mood Media. Ciprian designed and built custom websites for the company's clients. In 2010, they joined cloudWEB - Digitale Medien as a web developer. There, they converted designs to WordPress websites and developed custom WordPress themes and plugins.

In 2012, Ciprian left cloudWEB to join Website Mechanix as a web developer. There, they developed custom websites on different platforms and ecommerce websites on BigCommerce. Ciprian left Website Mechanix in 2014 to join Kompani Group as a Junior Partner.

Ciprian Tepes has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science for Business Management from Universitatea Româno-Americană din București, a Certificate in Full Stack Web Development from freeCodeCamp, and a Bachelor's Degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu. Ciprian also has certification from Uxcel in CSS for Designers, LinkedIn in Ruby Essential Training Part 1: The Basics, and Uxcel in Color Psychology.
