Ricky Devara Almer has a diverse work experience in marketing and communication roles. Ricky Devara started their career as a Co-Founder at Kita.ind in 2017, where they worked with multiple clients in the entertainment industry, handling creative briefs, concept development, design approval, and client pitching. In 2018, they joined AQIRA GROUP as a Managing Partner until 2020. In this role, they oversaw the overall management and operations of the company. Following that, they worked at Woop Media as a Marketing Brand & Communication professional from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Ricky is serving as a Marketing Communication Executive at Kompas.com, where they are involved in developing brand campaigns and assisting in the implementation of various programs.
