Zakiah Dwi Rara's work experience begins in 2012 as a Reporter for PT Republika Media Mandiri. In the same year, they joined PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk. as a Secretary, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they started working for PT. Mitra Solusi Telematika as a Secretary and later transitioned into a role in Marketing Communications until 2018. Since 2018, they have been working as a Sr. Marketing communication executive at Kompas.com.

Zakiah Dwi Rara completed their education at Universitas Mercurbuana from 2014 to 2017, earning an Associate's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Prior to that, they studied at IPB University from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a field of study in Komunikasi, Umum, but did not obtain a specific degree.
