Kompis Sverige
Rebecca Nordell is an experienced professional currently serving as Projektledare at Kompis Sverige since March 2023, where the focus is on developing methods for the social integration of quota refugees, funded by the Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund (AMIF). Prior to this role, Rebecca held various positions at Botkyrka kommun from June 2016 to April 2023, including Samordnare flyktingmottagande och civilsamhället, and played a vital role in coordinating community-wide refugee reception efforts. Additional responsibilities included developing preventive work for adults and assisting newly arrived individuals in finding housing and assessing financial assistance needs. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistanskoordinator at SOS International and teaching as a long-term substitute for grades 4-5 at Friskolan Hästens. Rebecca holds a Filosofie kandidatexamen in Cultural Anthropology from Uppsala University, with further education at Södertörn University and Sabanci University.

Kompis Sverige creates a natural meeting place for these two groups and serves as a pier where people from different cultures can meet. All participants participate in Kompis Sweden in their spare time and decide how often they want to meet.
