Devin Marco has worked in the technology industry since 2007, beginning their career as an Assistant Director at MAS. In 2013, they took on an Intern role at ERCAS - European Research Centre for Anti-Corruption and State-Building, where they improved the organization's online presence and conducted research for a report commissioned by the European Commission. From 2015 to 2018, Devin held the position of Senior Business Consultant and then Principal Business Consultant at AIP-PRISMA, where they worked in the ICT and Soybean sector with IT Startups, Government, Telecommunication Companies, Financial Institutions, Input Companies (Seed, Chemical, etc), Commodities Traders and Buyers. In 2018, they became Head of Portfolio at Palladium: Make It Possible, where they worked with a team of business consultants to improve 1 million smallholder farmers income in a sustainable way. Most recently, in 2021, Devin was appointed Chief Technology Officer at Komunal Indonesia.

Devin Marco obtained a Master's Degree in Public Policy Analysis from the Hertie School of Governance in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Management Information Systems and Services from the Singapore Management University in 2006. Additionally, they obtained a Partnership Brokers certification from the Partnership Brokers Association in November 2019, and a Making Market Work for the Poor certification from The Springfield Centre in April 2016.
