Maria Bremner is a professional with extensive experience in accounting and healthcare. Currently serving as a General Ledger Accountant at Kona Brewing Hawaii since August 2023, Maria has held various accounting roles, including Accountant at Hawaiian Properties, Ltd., and Accounting Generalist at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Kona Brewing Company was founded by a father and son team Cameron Healy and Spoon Khalsa. The pair had a vision to reflect the spirit, culture, and beauty of Hawaii in a collection of local island craft beers, so in 1994 they set out for a Big Island to bring their dream to life. Flash forward to today, Kona Brewing has become one of the widely popular craft beers brands in the world. That being said, we’ve managed to stay true to our Hawaiian roots through innovation, sustainability and community outreach. And we’re still headquartered where it all began, in Kailua-Kona on Hawaii’s Big Island. The new Kona Brewery is in the heart of Kailua Kona, on the Big Island of Hawaii. There are two restaurant locations. The original brewpub in Kailua-Kona right next to our brewery, and another on the island of Oahu. You’ll find delicious food, fresh Kona beer and our aloha spirit.
