Scott Carlsen

Scott Carlsen has held various Director of Operations roles in the restaurant industry, overseeing multiple locations and leading brand revitalization efforts. Scott has worked with companies such as Kona Grill, Texas Live!, Chalak Mitra Group of Companies, and Ignite Restaurant Group. In their previous roles, Scott has successfully managed opening budgets, trained teams, and implemented new service models. Prior to their director roles, Scott held positions as a Managing Partner and Regional Recruiting Manager.
