Damir Sertic

Damir Sertic currently serves as the Human Resources Director at KONČAR Group, overseeing a team of over 50 HR professionals and providing comprehensive HR services to 6,800 employees. Previously, Sertic held the position of Deputy Director of Human Resources at Nova hrvatska banka and Sberbank d.d. Croatia, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies emphasizing employee engagement and establishing new HR processes. With significant experience as Managing Director at Supera poslovno upravljanje d.o.o. and various roles in HR consulting, Sertic has contributed to numerous talent management programs, executive coaching, and organizational development projects across multiple industries. Education includes a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Zagreb and ongoing PhD studies in Psychology at the University of Rijeka.
