Ari Voutilainen

Ari Voutilainen is an experienced leader in communications, marketing, and change management, with a career spanning over three decades across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Change Management professional at KONE since August 2025, Ari previously held multiple director-level positions at UPM - The Biofore Company, including Director of Marketing, Sustainability and Communications for UPM Plywood, and Director of Public and Media Relations. Ari's earlier roles include significant positions at Nokia and IBM, where strategic communication and operational effectiveness were emphasized. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. in Economics from Aalto University and various executive programs in strategic foresight and service design. Leadership capabilities were further enhanced through military service as a Sergeant.
