Ibrahim Dana

Ibrahim Dana is a delivery operations expert with extensive experience in project management and operational excellence within the KONE organization. Currently serving as the Delivery Operations Development & Excellence Manager for KMTA, Ibrahim leads transformation initiatives aimed at improving project delivery performance across multiple countries. Previous roles at KONE include Delivery Operation Manager for Major Projects, Business Consultant, and Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed stakeholder management, project coordination, and customer relationship development. Early career experience includes working as a Project Engineer with Burwood Council, focusing on civil works and maintenance. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Management from the University of Western Sydney and a Certificate IV in Building & Construction Site Management from Oten TAFE Western Sydney Institute.
