Jan Wolinski is an internationally and locally experienced HR Director currently serving as the People & Communications Director for KONE in Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean. With a robust track record in HR operations within the food, beverages, FMCG, and pharmaceutical industries, Jan has expertise in organization transformation, project management, and HR analytics. Previously, Jan held various HR leadership roles at Nutricia Medical Polska and Danone, among others, and has contributed significantly to business transformation and change management initiatives. Jan's education includes studies at Henley Business School, Jagiellonian University, and the University of Warsaw.
