Mai Ramadan has extensive experience in customer service management, beginning as a Customer Service Consultant at Unionaire Group from March 2010 to August 2013, and then advancing to the role of Customer Service Supervisor at Daewoo Electronics from December 2015 to October 2016, where responsibilities included motivating and inspiring the team.
