Nicole Manzo

Nicole Manzo is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in human resources and corporate communications, currently serving as Senior Vice President of People & Communications at KONE since March 2017, after a tenure as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at Abbott and various leadership positions at Tetra Pak from 2000 to 2016, where key achievements included establishing the HR Service Center for North America and enhancing employee engagement strategies. Nicole's career began at 3Com, holding roles as an HR Generalist. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from DePaul University and ongoing independent studies in Leadership at IMD, along with completion of the Human Resources Leadership Program at the University of Michigan.
