Sanna Hokkanen is an accomplished HR and Learning Development executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Learning and Development at KONE since April 2018, Sanna leads a team of over 100 professionals to execute KONE’s talent development strategy. Previously, Sanna held positions such as Vice President of HR for KONE Service Business and global functions, HR Director at Musti ja Mirri Oy, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Altia Oyj. Sanna's career spans significant roles at Fujitsu Oy, Nokia, and Done Software Solutions Oy, focusing on HR strategy, organizational design, and talent management. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Jyväskylä and a Diploma in European Studies from the University of Kent.
