Sara Vainikainen

Sara Kaunisto is a skilled HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as a Senior People & Communications Generalist at KONE since July 2021, Sara supports global teams in Finland with HR initiatives and strategy implementation. Previously, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at KONE, Sara focused on employer branding and end-to-end recruitment processes for senior roles. Prior to rejoining KONE, Sara led talent acquisition operations at Fujitsu Finland, enhancing recruitment strategies and managing the local employer branding initiatives. Sara's earlier experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Specialist with a solid foundation in recruitment processes and HR practices. Sara holds a Master of Social Sciences from the University of Turku and has additional international educational experience at City University of Hong Kong.
