Arttu Heiskanen

Arttu Heiskanen has significant experience in sales and operations planning, currently serving as the Manager of Sales & Operations Planning at Konecranes since June 2019. In this role, Arttu has successfully developed mid-term forecasting processes for ETO component factories, achieving an impressive 19% standard deviation accuracy for labor and machine hours. Arttu has also enhanced the S&OP process, resulting in reduced working time and improved global supply chain transparency as a Project Engineer, notably increasing customer satisfaction during COVID-related disruptions.
