Brian Carpenter has extensive work experience in various leadership positions and roles in finance and operations. Brian started their career at FedEx SmartPost as an Arrival and Departure Clerk before moving on to work as a Staff Accountant at Air Waves, Inc. After that, they joined Konecranes as a Controller and later became a District Operations Manager. Brian then worked at Ditch Witch Mid-States as a Controller, where they helped improve overall revenue, market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Brian returned to Konecranes and held positions such as Director of Office Operations and VP of Office Operations, where they led successful projects aimed at streamlining operations and improving efficiency. Currently, Brian holds the role of VP of Continuous Improvement, responsible for driving growth and success in the organization, including identifying potential M&A opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.

Brian Carpenter received their Certified Hoshin Kanri Facilitator certification from Lean Methods Group in 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at Wright State University from 2017 to 2019. Brian Carpenter also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010.
