Jennifer Dine has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jennifer started their career as an Attorney at Montgomery, Rennie & Jonson, A Legal Professional Association, where they worked from May 2003 to August 2006. Jennifer then joined Konecranes, where they held various positions including Legal Counsel, Risk Manager, Vice President of Compliance and Administration, Country Administration Stream Lead, and Vice President of Human Resources. Their most recent roles at Konecranes include Vice President of Human Resources for Business Area Service & Region Americas and Vice President of Commercial & Business Development for Industrial Service & Equipment. Jennifer's expertise lies in legal counsel, risk management, compliance, administration, and human resources.

Jennifer Dine obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish & Psychology from the University of Michigan in 1998. Jennifer then pursued a JD degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, completing it in 2003. In 2018 and 2019, Jennifer participated in executive education programs at Harvard Business School. Lastly, in 2020, they earned a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University.
