Johan Mulder

Johan Mulder is an experienced professional in warranty management and project execution, currently serving as the Manager of the Warranty Team at Konecranes since October 2021, where responsibilities include delivering after-sales warranty services for Terminal and Port Cranes. Previously, Johan held the role of Warranty Project Manager at Konecranes, addressing project warranty issues, customer relations, and budget management. Prior experience includes positions as a Tendering Engineer and Supply Manager at KONE, as well as managing elevator supply for major projects across Singapore, Malaysia, and China with Adecco Group. Earlier career roles involved technical and safety management in the petrochemical industry and foundational electrical work, complemented by a Master's degree in Risk Management and Circular Economies, along with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health Engineering from Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
