Monique Vermaat

Monique Vermaat is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR manager for Konecranes Benelux since July 2018. With a strong background in HR management and advisory roles, Monique has previously worked as an all-round HR professional at Deel Shared Service Center (2015-2018), supporting various organizational levels. At Stichting Kinderopvang Purmerend (2010-2018), Monique implemented HR policies while advising management on personnel issues. Additional experience includes HR management at DS Smith (2006-2010) and P&O management at VINCOR BV (2000-2006), where Monique was involved in policy development and organizational restructuring. Monique began her career at Randstad Uitzendbureau (1998-2000), excelling in recruitment and client relationships. Educational qualifications include a post HBO degree in Higher Personnel Management and a Master's in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam. Monique is also pursuing a Masterclass in Strategic Personnel Planning.
