Sanna Knuuti

Sanna Knuuti has extensive work experience in human resources and has held various roles throughout their career. Sanna is currently the Director of HR for Finland & Baltics at Konecranes, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ramboll from 2017 to 2021, where they served as an HR Manager and later as an interim HR Director. At Ramboll, they were responsible for employee relations, labor market issues, co-operation negotiations, HR business partnering, performance management, recruiting, leadership development, and more. Before joining Ramboll, Sanna worked as an HR Director at Anttila Oy, where they led the HR and Legal department and was responsible for HR policies and services, compensation and benefits, recruitment, talent management, well-being at work, and employee cooperation. Sanna has also held various HR management roles at Kesko Oyj and other companies in the retail industry. Prior to their HR career, Sanna worked as a Lawyer at Tradenomiliitto TRAL ry and as a Claims Specialist at Tapiola-ryhmä.

Sanna Knuuti earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Helsinki, specializing in Law from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "HR as a Business Partner" and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in 2019. Sanna also holds a Master of Laws - OTM degree from the University of Helsinki, although the specific timeframe and field of study for this degree are not provided.
