Susanne Blumenberg

Susanne Blumenberg has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in rewards, recognition, and employee wellbeing. Currently serving as the Director of Rewards, Recognition & Wellbeing at Konecranes since April 2017, Susanne also holds the position of Head of Global Rewards and previously worked as a Rewards Manager. Prior to joining Konecranes, Susanne spent a decade at Terex MHPS GmbH from 2007 to March 2017, where responsibilities included Manager of Compensation & Benefits and HR Officer.
