Tejas Lele

Tejas Lele is a Computer Aided Design Engineer at Konecranes, beginning in August 2023, focusing on the PLM Harmonization of Core Lifting parts. Previously, Tejas served as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, providing CAD support for migrating Demag data from SAP-Creo to Teamcenter-NX while coordinating with German business units to rationalize data and designs. Prior experience includes industry training at MECHATOL PRODUCT ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, where Tejas learned SolidWorks and developed various design elements and assemblies. Tejas holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Finolex Academy of Management & Technology, in addition to a degree from RWTH Aachen University, and completed a Higher Secondary Certificate Program at Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
