Ville Niemi

Ville Niemi possesses extensive experience in electrical engineering and product management within the crane industry. Currently serving as Manager of Electrics & Retrofits at Konecranes since January 2011, Ville has held roles including Chief Engineer and Product Manager, overseeing the life cycle of Konecranes crane pendants and electrical components. Previously, Ville worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Konecranes, focusing on product and service development, as well as a Test Engineer and Electrical Design Engineer at Etteplan and KONE, respectively. Ville holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lahti University of Applied Sciences, completed between 2000 and 2006.
