Mariano Castaños Zemborain is the CEO of Americas at Konecta Corporativa. Mariano has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and BPO industry.

Mariano started their career at Atento, where they spent 7 years and 7 months, rising to the position of Chief Commercial Officer and then CEO of EMEA. Atento is a global BPO with over 130,000 employees and 1.7 billion dollars in revenue. As CEO of EMEA, Mariano was responsible for the subsidiaries in Spain, France, Czech Republic and Morocco.

In 2012, Mariano was part of Bain Capital's acquisition of Atento. After the acquisition, they became the Director of Commercial & Marketing for Atento Argentina. Mariano held this position for 3 years before moving back to Spain to become the Business Development Director US & Latam for Konecta.

Konecta is a Spanish BPO with 65,000 employees and 1 billion dollars in revenue. Mariano has been with Konecta for 2 years and 5 months and is currently the CEO of Americas.
