Gaye Berberci has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Gaye started their career at Boyner Buyuk Magazacilik A.S. in 1993, where they served as the Customer Relationship Manager for the Credit Card Department until 2001. From there, they joined HAKAN MADENCİLİK A.Ş. as the Sales Manager for the Call Center of Istanbul region from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they worked at TelcoTech Bilgi ve İletişim Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi as the Operations Manager from 2006 to 2007. Gaye then moved to KoçSistem where they worked as a Supervisor from 2007 to 2009 and as a Project Manager from 2009 to 2010. Gaye'smost recent role was at Comdata Türkiye, where they held various positions starting as an Operations Manager in 2010 and progressing to Customer Service Manager, Customer Relationship Management Coordinator, and finally, Director of Customer Experience. Gaye'semployment with Comdata Türkiye is ongoing.

Gaye Berberci obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Marmara University between 2021 and 2023. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from Sakarya University and Anadolu University. Gaye also holds an Associate's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Anadolu University. In 2020, they obtained a certification in ICF ACSTH from the House of Human Koçluk, Eğitim, Danışmanlık institution.
