Mehdi Benabdallah

Mehdi Benabdallah has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over many years. Mehdi has held various leadership roles in different companies. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Key Account Manager at Wavestone. Mehdi then joined EY-Parthenon in 2008, where they worked as an Analyst and eventually became a Manager until 2013. In 2014, Mehdi joined Intersec Group as the Head of Strategic Marketing for almost two years. In 2016, they pursued entrepreneurship and consulting before joining Colorado Groupe in 2017 as the Managing Director, overseeing the CX center of excellence. In this role, they consistently achieved financial and growth targets while leading a team of approximately 50 employees. Mehdi also took on the role of Co-CEO of Colorado Groupe and General Manager Digital France, where they managed both the Management Consulting services and Voice of Customer solutions. In 2020, Mehdi moved to Konecta as the Senior Director, Group Marketing Director, Head of Innovation, and Head of ESG, leading all aspects of marketing activities and coordinating the digital division centers of excellence globally. Finally, in 2022, they became the Group Chief Marketing Officer at Konecta. Overall, Mehdi Benabdallah has demonstrated a strong track record of strategic leadership and business development across various sectors.

Mehdi Benabdallah completed their MBA in Strategy, Finance, and General Management at INSEAD in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained two Bachelor's degrees in Engineering from Telecom Bretagne and IMT Atlantique, specializing in Telecommunications, Signal Processing, and Electronics. Both degrees were obtained between 2003 and 2006.
