Dave Hurry

Dave Hurry has extensive work experience in the field of data and information management. Dave currently serves as the Chief Data Officer at Koneksa since July 2023, where they are responsible for overseeing data-related strategies and initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at Takeda as the VP and Head of Data Services and Content Delivery, starting in 2019. Before joining Takeda, Dave held multiple roles at Merck, including Executive Director from 2017 to 2019 and Director from 2015 to 2017. Dave started their career in 1986 at the United States Department of Defense, where they served as the Chief of Computer and Information Science Research until 2015.

Dave Hurry completed their education in Electrical Engineering at Cornell University. Dave earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1985 and went on to pursue further studies at the same institution, obtaining a Master of Engineering degree in the field in 1986.
