Katy Jones

Katy Jones is the Client Service Director at Koneksa Health. Katy has over fifteen years of experience in customer service and project management. Katy has a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and managing successful projects.

Katy began their career in customer service at HTH Worldwide in 2005. Katy then transitioned to admissions advising at DeVry University in 2003. In 2007, they joined Bracket as a Project Specialist. Katy was promoted to Project Manager in 2012 and held this position until 2014.

In 2014, Katy left Bracket to join inVentiv Health as a Project Manager. Katy was with inVentiv Health for two years before joining Greenphire as the Director of Client Delivery in 2016. Katy was with Greenphire for four years before joining Koneksa Health as the Client Service Director in 2020.

Katy Jones has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an Associate of Arts in Education from Bucks County Community College.

Katy Jones reports to Matt Cantor, EVP, Customer & Product Strategy.
