Edna Garcia Guillen has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Their most recent role is as the Sales Operation Director at Konfído, where they work closely with sales leadership and business units to ensure maximum efficiency of the sales team efforts. Previously, they held the position of Incentives Sr. Manager for North of Latin America markets at Avon, where they created, supported, and monitored the implementation of activities related to incentive strategies for sales and marketing in various countries. Edna also worked as the Digital Strategy Manager and Avon Treasury Manager for North of Latin America at Avon, where they focused on improving sales processes, digital communication, and treasury planning. Prior to that, they worked at Philip Morris México as the Treasury Planning Manager, at PepsiCo as the Cash & Funding Management Operations Manager, and at Iusacell in Strategic Planning for Sales and Marketing.

Edna Garcia Guillen obtained a Master's Degree in Quality and Productivity Post-graduate from Anahuac University, which they completed from 1999 to 2002.
