Susan Harvey

Susan Harvey has extensive experience in distribution and customer service, currently serving as a Distribution Coordinator/Logistics Analyst at KONG Company since August 2010. Prior to this role, Susan worked as a Customer Service Representative at Homegrown Sporting Goods, where responsibilities included managing online orders and customer communications. Additionally, Susan held the position of Senior Customer Service Specialist at Miller International Inc., managing key accounts that generated over $10 million in annual sales and significantly growing the international business. Susan earned a BA in Communication from Lake Erie College after attending Chapman University.
