Lena Larionova

Lena Larionova has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Audio-Visual Assistant at the University of Waterloo in 2011. Lena then joined OpenText in 2012 as a Communications Analyst, where they coordinated webinars, edited newsletter content, and managed an online training community. In 2013, Lena joined SAP and held multiple roles, including Technical Writer and Technical Writer (team lead). During their time at SAP, they led a project to develop internal operations and support documentation for a new product, researched and evaluated documentation delivery formats, and drove the adoption of selected formats. Lena also worked on a global team of writers, creating traditional written documentation and contributed to QA of new features for cloud and on-premise products. In 2019, Lena served as a Senior Technical Writer at Docker, Inc before joining Kong Inc. in 2020, where they initially held the position of Senior Technical Writer and then became a Staff Technical Writer in May 2021.
