Raunak Gupta

Raunak Gupta is an experienced professional in customer success and revenue leadership, currently serving as Head of Customer Success for EMEA at Kong Inc. since February 2022, where responsibilities include driving renewals and expansions, scaling the team, and implementing global playbooks, contributing to over 40% year-on-year growth. As a founding member of EliteGTM, Raunak focuses on sustainable growth and innovative go-to-market strategies. Previous roles include Principal Customer Success Manager at AppDynamics, where Raunak developed a GTM strategy that generated 12 million USD in new annual contract value, and Managing Director at Andraunak Limited, providing pre-sales services with significant revenue generation in the banking and high-tech sectors. Raunak holds a Master of Science in Technology Entrepreneurship and a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from UCL, as well as completing the Adaptive Strategic Execution Program at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
