Vanessa Ong has a diverse work experience in the recruitment field spanning over 17 years. Vanessa is currently working as a Senior Recruiter, APJ at Kong Inc., a market leader in API management and microservices. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Recruiter at F5 Networks from 2018-2022. In 2016, they took a sabbatical before joining Pivotal Software, Inc. as a Lead Recruiter, Asia Pacific from 2014-2016. Before that, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Dell EMC from 2011-2014. Vanessa has also gained experience at renowned companies such as Google, VMware, Talent2, and ASPAC Executive Search, serving various recruitment roles.
